LAS VEGAS - A Las Vegas fire captain is facing charges of statutory sexual seduction, soliciting/engaging in child prostitution and lewdness with a child under 14, according to Clark County Detention records.
Richard Loughry, 46, was arrested Monday in child sex trafficking investigation, Metro Police said.
He is being held in the detention center with bail pending his initial court appearance on Wednesday.
Loughy has been with the Las Vegas Fire Department since 1997, according to city spokesman David Riggleman.
It wasn't immediately clear whether Loughry was on paid or unpaid leave, or if he has a lawyer.
