Hop aboard free downtown Las Vegas shuttle this summer

LAS VEGAS - A new way to get around is coming to downtown Las Vegas this summer. City Council has approved a free shuttle being dubbed the Downtown Loop.

The city says the Downtown Loop will be a convenient way to get to some of downtown's most popular attractions.The Loop is expected to run 7 days a week for 9 hours a day.

Some of the proposed stops include the North Premium Outlets, the Art District, Pawn Plaza, Fremont East and the Mob Museum.

The city says it's a 6-month pilot program. A company under the RTC will operate the shuttle.
