LAS VEGAS - A valley mother has filed a lawsuit against Centennial Hills Hospital.
She claims her daughter was treated unfairly and did not receive the proper screening at the emergency room because she did not have health insurance.
Weeks later, the daughter died from a pulmonary embolism.
