Police seek help in identifying homicide suspect

LAS VEGAS - Metro Police are releasing a video showing two men who they hope can be identified.

Police are looking for the suspect in a deadly shooting that happened on Nov. 5 in the 2600 block of Sherwood Street near E. Sahara Avenue and Joe W. Brown Drive.

At some time prior to 8 p.m., a vehicle stopped on Sherwood Street and the driver got out of the vehicle, approached a man and shot him several times. The suspect got back into his vehicle and drove eastbound on Karen Avenue.

The victim was found around 8 p.m. and transported to Sunrise Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

The surveillance video was taken from a nearby store and shows two men who police are interested in identifying.

The identity of the victim has not been released by the coroner.
